THE SUBURBANO CUSTOMER AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions supplement the Suburbano Customer Agreement, which applies to registered Suburbano customers.

YOUR ACCOUNT

If you use the Web Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 19, you may use Sub-urbano.com / books-marketplace.com only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Suburbano reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.

APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms and Conditions and all related matters are governed solely by the laws United States excluding any rules of private International law or the conflict of laws which would lead to the application of any other laws. The United Nations Convention on contracts for the International Sale Of Goods does not apply.

DISPUTES

Disputes must be commenced in a court of competent jurisdiction in the City of Miami , Florida
